This Refund Policy explains when and how refunds may be issued for paid VHelper subscriptions. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to this policy.

Eligibility

• Yearly subscriptions are not refundable after 2 months from the date of purchase.
• All refunds are approved at the discretion of management.
• Where possible, a partial refund pro-rated to the unused portion of your subscription may be issued instead of a full refund.

Abuse Prevention

To prevent abuse, consecutive refund requests may be denied.

Processing Time

Refunds are subject to delays from our review process and from the merchant of record provider(s) that process payments.

Non-Refundable Situations

No refund will be issued:

• For unplanned service outages.
• If you lose your access to the Amazon Vine program.
