Use the extension in a way that violates Amazon's terms or applicable
laws.
Unauthorized API access is strictly prohibited.
Intellectual Property
The extension, its code, design, backend services, and branding are owned
by us. You are granted a limited, revocable license to use it — nothing
more.
Enforcement & Suspension
If you break these Terms, we may:
- Temporarily suspend your access
- Permanently ban you
- Disable features or accounts
- Block API or service access
This may happen with or without notice, at our discretion.
Refunds
Paid subscriptions are subject to our
Refund Policy.
Disclaimer
The extension is provided "as is", without guarantees. We are not
affiliated with or endorsed by Amazon or Amazon Vine.
Limitation of Liability (Canada)
To the maximum extent permitted under Canadian law, we are not responsible
for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use
or inability to use the extension.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continuing to use the extension
means you accept the updated Terms.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Canada, and where applicable, the
laws of New-Brunswick.
